Since the fasting month is just around the corner and I had few requests from customers asking how to consume Herbalife during the fasting month. There are two options below, but I guess you can alter it to suit your needs...
Fasting Menu 1
SAHUR
- Shake - You can mix shake with low fat milk/soy milk and blend it with furits to make it fuller
- 500ml Tea Mix
- 500ml Water
- Normal Meal (in moderate portions of course)
- 500ml Tea Mix
- 500ml Water
(Taken approx 3 hours after berbuka)
- Shake
- 500ml Tea Mix
- 500ml Water
Fasting Menu 2
BEFORE SAHUR (3 hrs after Supper or before going to sleep)
- Shake
- 500ml H²O
- Light meal (such as bread/cereal/low fat milk, oatmeal, etc) /Anything light but strictly no Nasi Lemak / Roti canai)
- 500ml Tea Mix
- 500ml H2O
- Nasi + Lauk Pauk
- 500 ml Tea Mix
- 1000 ml H²O
(3 hours after berbuka)
- Shake
- 500 ml Tea Mix
- 500 ml H²O
i) Do not take Tea Mix immediately after drinking your shake. Leave a gap of about 30mins.
ii) If Tea Mix makes you awake and alert, then don't consume before bed.
iii) Try to fit in lots and lots of plain water during the night.
iv) Proposed shake preparation - 4F1 + 2F3 + 600ml Water.
